I specialize in working with adults who feel like they’ve been carrying emotional weight for years—sometimes without fully knowing why.

Many of my clients grew up in homes where they had to be the responsible one early on, where emotions were ignored or dismissed, or where love had to be earned.

They come to therapy feeling anxious, disconnected, or like they’re “too much”—even though they’ve always been the ones keeping it all together.
